The company was founded in 2018 under the name (CPS Group of Company ) Canadian Prestressing Services. The team has expertise in PT works design & execution both in India and overseas. The growth of this small partnership firm in building operations was inevitable, as in India we take on larger projects over a larger geographical area. We are currently a private limited agency working on several projects all around India.
Further opportunities in the civil construction industry and the company’s strategic direction were altered to take advantage of these opportunities. The company is now a medium-sized business, with an expanded team and boosted turnover. Our project and contract management systems have been re-engineered to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Environmental Sustainability
At CPS we understand that environmental sustainability is everyone’s responsibility and as a prominent local company we are prepared to lead the way in this regard. The construction, operation and maintenance of buildings are estimated to account globally for between 30-50% of all energy usage .environmental advantages are achievable through the application of Post tensioning structures with reduced carbon footprint ,25 to 35 % reduction in concrete volume and 23% to 44% reduction in steel mass for the post tensioned structure compare with the conventional reinforced structure . incorporating post-tensioning into common design practice not only reduces construction costs but also reduces embodied energy by using less material and produces a sustainable structural design.

CPS- Engineers team set the bar high with a proven record of being very responsive to our clients’ needs. Our administration office is based in Bangalore whilst our operations are centred in south region. Confining the majority of our business to the India ensures that clients get local contractors with local knowledge and expertise.
